On 15 December, last week, the Information Security Management System Certification Post -Audit Workshop (ISMS - ISO/IEC 27001: 2013) was held at the Anjung Perdana Hall, Manjung Municipal Council (MPM).
The workshop was attended by many Complaints Officers, Investigating Officers, and Complaints Administrative Assistants of the MPM. Also present were Tuan Syamsul Md Salleh, President, Encik Mohd Helmi Arifin, Municipal Secretary, Puan Noorhayati Abdul Rahim, Director of the Management Services Department, and Puan Fatimah Nor Abd Rahim, Head of the MPM Corporate and Public Relations Unit.
The audit by SIRIM for Stage 1 (Document Audit) was held on 25 and 26 October 2021. While the Stage 2 audit (Process Audit) was held from 15 to 17 November 2021.
Nexagate wants to congratulate MPM for receiving the Information Security Management System (ISMS) Certification for the Management of Public Complaints Using the ePBT System on 1 December 2021.
