Business Development Executive

We’re a fast growing IT Security Consulting & Services firm and we’re looking for a passionate Business Development Executive with strong passion in sales, posses great quality of customer service and driven in generating business opportunities. You’ll need to have at least two (2) years experience in business development with active role in sales and pre-sales. 

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing potential new clients and maintaining regular contact with existing clients

  • To prepare tender submission and technical/financial proposal

  • To introduce and register Nexagate as registered vendor with key clients

  • Key Account Manager for selected projects

  • Pursue and cultivate trusted advisor relationships with and within client organizations

  • Able to persuade potential clients to acquire company products or services, leading price negotiations and closing sales

  • Strive towards meeting personal, department and company sales target

  • Keeping up-to-date with latest security threats (global and local and latest security trend (technology/services) in the market

  • Provide feedback to Marketing team in improving sales kit (RFI, Proposal, Presentation Deck, Battle Card, etc)

Pre-Sales Responsibilities:

  • Lead discussion with clients to drive understanding and documentation of the customer’s environment and cybersecurity protection needs and recommend appropriate solutions (products/services) that meet these needs

  • Lead product, technology and/or customized solution presentations to technical and business decision maker which may include system demonstrations, Proof of Concepts, and technical Q&A sessions to the client

  • Able to independently demonstrate, educate and advice potential customers about products or services

  • Lead and being accountable for Presentation/POC/Demo efforts for existing and new clients

  • Coordinate technical presentations and demos

  • Prepare and improve sales kit (Request For Information, Proposal, Presentation Deck, Battle Card, etc)

  • Actively advising clients on updates and new technologies

 

Desired Qualifications and Personal Skills:

  • At least two (2) years experience in business development with active role in sales and pre-sales. 

  • Ability to analyze problems, understand client's requirements and provide accurate advisory and consultation

  • Proven leadership and management skills toward achieving project objectives and a team player

  • Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines

  • Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills (including competency in representing the company when meeting client’s top management)
