You'll work directly with our Chief Growth Officer and Project Management Office to support strategic growth initiatives spanning SOCaaS expansion, Nexa Security Intel platform growth, Nexa Academy programs, and regional market development. Responsibilities:

1. Report to the Chief Growth Officer and assist in facilitating smooth operations alongside the PMO

2. Track project status, milestones, and deliverables across multiple growth initiatives

3. Maintain project documentation, records, scheduling, and correspondence

4. Coordinate meetings, project activities, and stakeholder communications

5. Assist in identifying cross-project dependencies, constraints, and impacts

6. Compile progress reports, presentations, and status updates for management

7. Liaise between Growth team, PMO, and other departments to ensure alignment

8. Monitor project outcomes and track performance against growth targets

9. Follow up with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely task completion

Desired Qualifications and Personal Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field

2. 0-2 years of experience in project coordination or IT project management

3. Highly organized with strong attention to detail

4. Proactive communicator with good follow-up skills

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

6. Have personally explored GenAI tools for project management (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar)

7. Familiar with digital marketing content creation

8. Quick learner who's comfortable with new tools and technologies

9. Team player with collaborative spirit

10. Genuine interest in cybersecurity or tech industry
